Is there a minimum contract?

No. There is no commitment. All of 24HourHR products work on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or annually. If you are paying month-to-month and you cancel, you%C3%ADlll be billed for the current month, but you won%C3%ADtt be billed again. We do not prorate for partial months or years.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. This can easily be done via your account settings.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are currently accepting payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment can be made online or via the phone using a credit card. At this time we are not accepting PayPal.

How will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.
How do I sign up?

Simply select a plan from the choices above and create your account.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you may cancel your monthly/yearly subscription at any time by logging into your account and deactivating your current subscription. If you choose to cancel your account before the end of your current monthly/yearly subscription period, you will not be pro-rated for any time you do not use.

Are there any additional fees not shown here?

No. The prices above are all inclusive. There are no additional or hidden monthly costs once you purchase a plan. You may, if you wish purchase add-ons to your account. We will always be upfront and transparent with you about any additional charges resulting from an upgrade to your service, or as a result of purchasing any add-ons.
